MSC World Europa is a new modern cruise ship built for the MSC Shipping Company. It was commissioned in 2022 and was a used as a hotel during the 2022 FIFA World Cup in Doha, Qatar.
It is 333m long, a beam of 47m,weighs 215,863 tons with 22 decks and has a passenger capacity of 6782 and a crew of 2138.
We were lucky on her first Grand Voyage to have only 5000 passengers on board. Even though this sounds a lot, the sheer size of the ship meant it was crowded at all.
